Carpal Tunnel

Carpal tunnel syndrome is numbness, tingling, weakness, and other problems in your hand, usually pressure on the median nerve in your wrist is the cause. The median nerve and other tendons run from your forearm to your hand through a small space in your wrist called the carpal tunnel. Adjustments and realigning the upper spine and forearm can lead to relief from carpal tunnel pain.

Tennis Elbow

Tennis elbow is a painful condition that occurs when tendons in your elbow are overloaded. This is usually caused by repetitive motions of the wrist and arm. The pain of tennis elbow occurs primarily where the tendons of your forearm muscles attach to the outside of your elbow. Pain can also spread into the muscles your forearm and wrist.

Golfer's Elbow

Golfer's elbow is a condition that causes pain where the tendons of your forearm muscles attach to the bone on the inside of your elbow. The pain usually spreads into your forearm and wrist. Golfer's elbow is very similar to tennis elbow except it occurs on the inside of the elbow. It's not just limited to golfers; tennis players, bowlers, and other physical sports athletes that repeatedly use their wrists or forearms, can develop golfer's elbow.

Myofascial Release

Gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions are eliminated to relieve pain and restore motion.

Trigger Point Therapy

A trigger point is a "knot", or tight area, within muscle tissue that causes pain in other parts of the body. Trigger point massage therapy is specifically designed to alleviate the source of the pain through multiple cycles of isolated pressure and release. The results and benefits of trigger point massage are releasing constricted and adheased areas in the muscles thus alleviating pain and improving range of motion.

Chiropractic Adjustments

Diagnosis, treatment and prevention of structural disorders of the musculoskeletal system, and the effects of these disorders on the function of the nervous system and general health. There is an emphasis on manual treatments involving spinal adjustments and other joint and soft-tissue manipulation.
